Celebrating 5 happy years!

Today is our 5 year wedding anniversary. I can't believe how quickly 5 years have gone by! I was reminiscing through some of our wedding pictures and just had to share our fun day.

My beautiful sister, Ashley, was my maid of honor and Kevin's friend, Chris, was the best man

I was very ill with the flu that day (like, in the hospital with an IV ill) and was getting woozy from standing for all the pictures, so we improvised and all sat down on the church stairs.

Kevin's aunt chipped in some of her son's goldfish crackers to give me energy. I love how all of my family took care of me that day.

We didn't care that it was February and 20 degrees - we wanted pictures at the beach!

We bucked the traditional wedding cake and went with creamy, dreamy cheesecakes that my mom's best friend made for us. We had a variety of toppings and even a sugar free cake for my diabetic dad!

My dad loves to dance (and so do I) so we did a high energy partner dance to "I've Had the Time of My Life" from Dirty Dancing for the Father/Daughter dance.

I love this man!
