It makes me wonder if they are only using it when emailing me, a young(ish) woman, or if they use that with their superiors and older business contacts too. Something tells me it's probably just me. Ah, to be a woman in the workplace.
My vagina requires a smiley face to understand what you are saying!
2. I have been battling allergies all week and had to raise the white flag and stay home from work yesterday. This is what my cat does when I am not feeling well:
3. My sister, being the best sister in the world, got me a gift card for shoes for my birthday. It was burning a hole in my wallet so I bought some hot new birthday shoes on Sunday:
They were immediately worn to work on Monday. Man, do I love me some shoes!
That's all I have for you! Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend! Does it really mean summer is almost over?
How do you feel about emoticons? I admit I use them in emails with friends but I have never used one in a work email.
Love the shoes!
ReplyDeleteYour video didn't work :'(
ReplyDelete(did you like what I did there? haha)
I agree they do not (emoticons) belong in the workplace, too informal.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the shoes, great choice!
Love the shoes!
ReplyDeleteI think it depends on the business relationship, but I do agree; they are quite informal. I'm sure I've slipped and done it, though. Oops! I tend to be an emoticon junkie.
ReplyDeleteLove, love the shoes!!
Ha. "Young woman". Wishful thinking? Sexy shoes! Damn my giant feet... I'd steal them!
ReplyDeleteJust looking at your shoes makes my feet ache. Stupid fat pregnant feet :)
ReplyDeleteYou love emoticons, right? ;)
